Designing individual heat points

An individual heat point (ITP) is a reliable, highly efficient device for supplying heat to the building for heating and hot water supply (DHW).

The ITP is intended for connection to heating networks of heating systems and GVP and efficient management of the supply of thermal energy in buildings of any purpose. This is achieved through the qualitative control of the parameters of the coolant of heating systems and the PRT. The design of the ITP is a symbiosis of the new generation of heat points, made on the basis of a microprocessor-based task and computing device and a system of temperature sensors that provide the collection of temperature data and actuators: regulating valves and circulation pumps, which provide a given hydraulic mode of the systems of heat supply and PRT. The ITP contains a typical series of structures of functionally completed devices, which are installed at the input to the building, and working in a wide range of heads and heat loads (coolant costs).
The use of ITP can significantly reduce the heat consumption of the building while improving the comfortable conditions inside the premises.

The scheme of joining the heating system of buildings to the heating networks (dependent or independent) is determined by the specifics of the work of engineering systems and schedules of heat leave from the heating network.
From the point of view of hydraulic stability and regulation of heat release, the operation of the ITP is stable, its operation mode does not depend on the influence of the heat network. After launch, in the process of work of the ITP equipment included in it, does not require constant monitoring. The regulation of its modes of operation over time during the day (reducing or increasing the supply of heat depending on the requirements of consumers) is carried out by changing the program in the controller. After installing the program of work of the equipment, the further work of the ITP occurs in automatic mode.
